Full and Final Settlement (F+F)
A full and final settlement is where the citizen can make an offer to the creditor to repay a percentage of the debt amount that is outstanding. This is an offer that is made and the creditor may accept it but also has every right to reject the offer.

FCH advises that full and final offers should always be made to those debts that are smallest in amount. This is so that the money to settle on this debt will be of a smaller amount and it can easily be affordable.

FCH offer anything between 25p to 75p in the pound to your creditors. This means that a debt of a £100 could be settled for anything between £25-00 to £75-00 pounds.Once a full and final settlement has been worked out, FCH will contact your creditors and make them aware of the offer and also send this in writing. Creditors can usually reply back within 1-4 weeks. Once an offer has been accepted by your creditors, they will usually advise you in writing. A full and final settlement will usually be settled within 28 days of contacting your creditors.
